Helping Change Lives by Giving Sight
A First Quarter That Transformed Lives
In the 1st quarter of 2026, this is just some of the impact, we've been able to make, together!
- 176 Children’s glasses dispensed
- 233 life-changing surgeries completed
- Provided cutting edge Glaucoma treatment to 73 patients
- Built 3 concrete homes for families previously residing in wooden structures that were completely destroyed by Hurricane Melissa.
Behind every number is a person, a family and a community: This is the power of restored vision!
From Kids to Cataracts, we're transforming lives by Restoring Sight!
- Our work is guided by deep compassion, professional excellence, and a belief in the transformative power of sight. While our methods are surgical, our mission is spiritual!
Mission
- Restoring sight, transforming lives. We provide compassionate, high-quality eye care to underserved communities through surgical excellence, collaborative outreach, and sustainable vision programs.
Who we Serve
Mission of Sight has been serving internationally since inception with the majority of our work in rural Jamaica through various partnerships with international, mission-minded volunteers associated with NGO's and other faith-based organizations, the Jamaican Ministry of Health, and multiple professional colleges and universities.

Team
At Mission of Sight, our strength lies in the hands and hearts of those who serve. From our skilled volunteer surgeons and healthcare professionals to our small but dedicated team of Jamaican nationals and volunteers, our team shares one common goal: to restore vision and renew lives. United by a deep belief that access to quality eye care is a right, not a privilege. Every mission we undertake is powered by faith, collaboration, cultural respect, and clinical excellence.

I Can See Again!

The Doctors Have Helped Me To See
"The doctors are the best. It's been over 10 years since I could see out. And the doctors have helped me to see. After the surgery, I can see, I can drive, I can go back to work, I can see my kids properly, I can watch television, I can read."
- Mr. Williams (2024) Once Blind, But Now Can See
I can see clearly!
"Thank you very, very, very much. You have done a lot for me! I can see!! I can see clearly!"
- Tatiana (2025) Once Blind, But Now Can See
